All our garments are made using Fabrics Certified by the manufacturer as UV Protection “Excellent” according to the Australian & New Zealand Standard AS/NZ 4399:1996.  Which provides a minimum 97.5% sun-block.  The High-Tech Nylon/Lycra mix is very lightweight and has excellent fast drying, shape keeping properties.  

Sun Protection should be fun and colourful, our swimwear is designed to satisfy both you and your child, so we have selected fun prints and bright plains, and bikini,s for when the sun is low, together with matching Sun Shirts, providing that added safety factor, we also recommend using a quality Sun Cream minimum SPF30 on all exposed skin.

Also, there are NO UV absorbing chemicals added to these fabrics. They gain there excellent UV rating through use of specialist Hi-Tec micro fibers and very close weave, so they are safe and gentle on the most sensitive skins, ideal for toddlers (As you know, babys should not be in the full sun) and children with very sensitive skins.
